Our partners do. Just as with CSP licenses and services, you have the contractual relationship and you do the pricing and billing unless you want us to handle it and pay you a monthly commission.
Is it a multi-year agreement?
You and your customers can stop at any time with no questions asked. We serve at the pleasure of our partners and their customers and we believe that long multi-year agreements are not needed if you got happy customers.
Can you help me with presales support and activities?
Yes, we’ll be happy to educate your salespeople and work together with them when they prepare their RFP replies. If desired, we’ll be happy to join both internal and customer specific concalls. If you need any other kind of assistance, just let us know so that we can drive increased success together.
How does a partner run Idenxt for their customer?
They don’t. Idenxt is completely delivered as a service. Idenxt obtains necessary connection information from you and connects directly to your customer’s Azure environment.
What are my start-up costs for using Idenxt?

If it’s automated and works behind the scenes, how do customers come to know what Idenxt has done for them?
An important question, that becomes even more important when budgets are set. As your partner, Idenxt furnishes you with complete activity reports as well as performance reports and recommendations. You then get in front of your customer with the good news, and suggestions for further improvement of their environment.
How many engineers do I need to have on staff, and what specific skills do they need to have?
None. As a fully automated service, Idenxt itself requires no operator intervention to take care of your customers’ environments.
