After the sale, what is my only involvement?
Your only involvement is maintaining customer control. Idenxt connects directly to your customer’s network, and all services are delivered by Idenxt. You may wish to receive reports, alerts, or other information about your customers from Idenxt and we’ll provide them upon request or on a scheduled basis to help keep you fully updated on the value your customers are enjoying from their Azure investments.
Is technical training necessary for my team?
Since you and your team don’t need to do anything, there’s no need for training beyond perhaps some sales training, which we’ll always provide as part of our extensive presale support where we help you close deals.
What kind of support do you offer partners?
Idenxt IS support services, so there’s no need to support the support. Should you have questions about anything going on in your customers’ Azure environments, you only need to ask. Should you need help with Azure specifics to help you solve customer challenges, the Idenxt team is at your disposal. We love to help.
What are the requirements to become an Idenxt Partner?
One requirement: a Microsoft Partner ID. To sell Azure, you need to be a Microsoft Partner. That’s the only qualifier we need.
How easy is it to sell this as an add-on?
It’s the easiest add-on sale you’ll ever make! The moment you show your customer the list of operational tasks they will still need to perform with Azure, they’ll approve the add-on. Better yet, just bundle it into your Azure solution sale and let your customer delight in the superior services featured in your offerings!
Why should I outsource Managed Azure to Idenxt?

Who owns the customer relationship?
Our partners do. Just as with CSP licenses and services, you have the contractual relationship and you do the pricing and billing unless you want us to handle it and pay you a monthly commission.
Is it a multi-year agreement?
You and your customers can stop at any time with no questions asked. We serve at the pleasure of our partners and their customers and we believe that long multi-year agreements are not needed if you got happy customers.
How does a partner run Idenxt for their customer?
They don’t. Idenxt is completely delivered as a service. Idenxt obtains necessary connection information from you and connects directly to your customer’s Azure environment.
What are my start-up costs for using Idenxt?
